?‍♀️ Community Hero Alert: The Town of Clifton Park

Thank you to the Town of Clifton Park for providing funds to support kids, families, and seniors in our community. We're humbled to have your endlessly generous support and faith in our good work!

The funding provided was in connection with American Rescue Act funding the Town received. The Town created a special fund to support nonprofits like CAPTAIN CHS in the community. It's called the Town of Clifton Park Community Preparedness and Resiliency Fund.

CAPTAIN CHS received $4,000 to support our programs around food insecurity and hunger, primarily to support food delivery from our Food Pantry to low-income individuals and families residing in Clifton Park who are homebound or lack transportation.

Ayco Volunteers

? Community Hero Alert: Ayco Volunteers

Wow! What an amazing day of community coming together and making a difference for local kids in crisis. Over 80 volunteers from Ayco transformed the Youth Shelter by moving eight yards of wood chips to the ropes course up and down hills, clearing the course pathways, weeding and planting flower beds, mulching the gardens, power washing the building and patio areas, cleaning the outdoor furniture, and so, so much more!

We can't help but be inspired by this act of selflessness and generosity!
